A Relaxed and Fun DROP IN Evening at Locke Hous

Yesterday, we had another one of our regular DROP IN gatherings at Locke House. It wasn’t a themed event, just a cozy evening where everyone could unwind and enjoy themselves in good company.

The pool table was in constant use as we played a few lively rounds of billiards. Meanwhile, I spent some time coloring in a Thor illustration in my coloring book—sometimes, a bit of creative relaxation is just what you need! Around the room, conversations flowed freely as everyone enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

One fun highlight of the evening was showing the blog post from our Valentine’s Day dinner to the undisputed champion of the “pizza showdown.” He was delighted with the way his legendary feat was documented—proof that true pizza warriors deserve recognition! 🍕🏆

Of course, no DROP IN would be complete without coffee. We had plenty to sip on, adding to the warmth and comfort of the night. Another great evening spent together, filled with laughter, good conversation, and simple joys.

To top it all off, I’ll be adding my newly colored Thor illustration as an extra touch to this blog post. A little splash of color never hurts! 🎨⚡

Pancake Day at Locke House – A Flipping Good Time!

Today at Locke House, we celebrated Pancake Day in the best way possible—by eating delicious, fluffy pancakes! The atmosphere was warm and lively, with everyone chatting and enjoying the treats. Personally, I only managed to grab one pancake (cue the sad face 😞), but even that single bite was worth it. The conversation flowed as freely as the syrup, and the company made the event even better. Coffee and tea were also available, making it the perfect cozy gathering. Oh, and once again, I completely forgot to take a picture. I have no idea how to remind myself to pull out the camera! 📸😅 All in all, it was a fantastic gathering filled with good food and even better company.
